- Lead marketing across two retail destinations in a growing portfolio
- Based at Waurn Ponds Shopping Centre with regular involvement at Showgrounds Village
- Join CBRE's Retail Property Management business supporting IFM Investors

- Develop and execute annual marketing plans, campaigns and promotional activities
- Coordinate events, centre activations, digital marketing, social media and communications
- Build strong relationships with retailers, community groups, suppliers, agencies and local stakeholders
- Manage Curate and manage marketing budgets, reporting and campaign performance analysis
- Review and approve marketing collateral, creative content, media activity and promotional initiatives
- Analyse trade area trends, customer metrics and centre performance to inform marketing decisions
- Support community-focused programs that strengthen each centre's local connection
- Collaborate with National Marketing, Centre Management and Asset Management teams on broader asset initiatives and development projects
- At least 3 years' marketing experience, ideally within retail, shopping centres, property, destination marketing or a related workplace
- Strong capability across events,



campaigns, stakeholder engagement and project coordination
- Experience curating and managing marketing budgets, reporting and multiple priorities simultaneously
- Confidence working across digital, social media, events and traditional marketing channels
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand trade areas, customer demographics and performance metrics
- A practical, collaborative approach with a strong work ethic and willingness to get involved at every level
- Retail or shopping centre marketing experience will be highly regarded
- Ownership of marketing across two established retail assets
- A broad role spanning strategy, retailer engagement, community marketing and events
- Creative freedom to bring ideas to life while being supported by a national marketing structure
- Exposure to a growing portfolio, with additional shopping centres expected to join over time
