Associate / Senior Designer

Location: Perth

You’ll lead the design of inspiring workplaces that fuel innovation, collaboration, and growth , while mentoring the next generation of designers and driving the creative excellence that defines Unispace.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Lead with vision - Take ownership of diverse, high-profile design projects, guiding them from concept through to completion.
- Collaborate deeply - Work closely with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary Unispace teams to deliver spaces that exceed expectations.
- Inspire creativity - Mentor and support junior designers, helping them refine their craft and push creative boundaries.
- Design boldly - Transform workplaces into beautiful, functional environments that elevate how people work and connect.
- Be the bridge - Partner with Business Development and Construction teams to communicate Unispace’s integrated design approach.
- Deliver excellence - Manage design documentation, presentations,



and coordination with precision and attention to detail.
- Champion culture - Promote equality, inclusivity, and collaboration across project teams.

About You:

- 8+ years’ experience as an Interior Designer delivering impactful projects within Corporate or Commercial sectors
- Proven ability to create strategic, inspiring design solutions
- Strong technical capability in Revit, CAD, InDesign, Photoshop, and Excel
- Confident presenter with excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Experience managing large-scale or complex projects
- A collaborative mindset and passion for shaping creative design environments
