- Lead category planning and initiatives to deliver sales, profit and market-share growth
- Provide technical support, application guidance and troubleshooting assistance for Power Transmission products
- Manage product range, supplier selection and product lifecycle activity
- Develop supplier partnerships and support joint growth plans
- Work with sales teams to develop customer opportunities, product solutions and targeted sales plans
- Support competitive pricing, promotions, marketing and merchandising activity
- Deliver technical product training for internal teams and customers
- Conduct customer and branch visits to support sales development and market engagement
- Analyse category performance, customer trends and market opportunities
- Partner with supply chain and inventory teams on forecasting and inventory optimisation
- Maintain product data, technical literature and sales-support materials
- Foster and maintain trusted relationships across all levels of the business and support the store network, managers and leaders

Requirements

- Practical technical expertise in Power Transmission, including related industrial components, applications or systems
- Experience in product management, category management, technical sales, engineering support or industrial distribution
- Strong understanding of industrial customer requirements and technical problem-solving
- Commercial awareness, including exposure to product range, pricing, sales or margin management




- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including confidence to deliver technical training
- Solid planning, time-management and attention-to-detail skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using ERP and CRM systems
- Current driver licence
- Flexibility to travel within Australia as needed
- Must be either an Australian Citizen or holder of an Australian Permanent Residency Visa
