Project Delivery Coordinator – Commercial Door Systems
Own the workflow. Drive the momentum. Be the coordinator everyone relies on.
Most days in this role run smoothly.
Projects progress, schedules align, materials arrive, and the workflow ticks along exactly as planned.
But every now and then?
A builder adjusts a timeline.
A subbie doesn’t show.
Weather interferes.
A delivery isn’t quite right.
If you’re the kind of person who handles those moments with calm confidence — water off a duck’s back — and keeps everything moving without drama, you’re exactly who we want.
You’ll coordinate the delivery of commercial door systems across a mix of commercial and industrial sites. It’s hands‑on, sleeves‑up, engine‑room work — the kind of role where your organisation, communication and resilience genuinely matter.
And you won’t be doing it alone.
You’ll be backed by a genuine, down‑to‑earth CEO who actually supports you. Someone who values good people, communicates clearly, and doesn’t micromanage. No corporate BS here, just real leadership and the respect from the top.
Plus, you’ll have a factory operation that responds rapid — a team that pulls out every stop to make your coordination life easier. You won’t get that from most factory floors.
You’ll also be working amongst a team of highly professional individuals who genuinely love what they do — and you can feel that from day one. It’s the kind of environment where people show up with pride, support each other, and take real ownership of their work.
What you’ll own
- Coordinating project timelines, schedules, materials and documentation
- Communicating with builders, suppliers, installers and internal teams
- Managing variations, updates and the occasional curveball
- Preparing quotes, job packs,
purchase orders and compliance documentation
- Tracking progress and keeping everything aligned
- Staying steady and proactive when plans shift
What you bring
- Experience in project coordination, scheduling, operations or construction/manufacturing support
- Resilience — you stay composed when things change
- Prolific communication skills — written and verbal
- Calm approach — you steady the room, not add to the noise
- Ability to push back respectfully and confidently
- Experience working with unionised builders
- A solutions‑first mindset and strong prioritisation instincts
Ready to Step into a Role with Real Ownership and Impact?
If you’re a practical, organised, sleeves‑up Project Coordinator who thrives on keeping projects moving — and wants a role where your work genuinely makes a difference — this is your moment.
You’ll be stepping into a business where leadership backs you, trusts you, and values what you do. If you’ve been waiting for a role where your coordination skills matter, your communication is respected, and your contribution is visible, you’ve found it.
This organisation stays an employer of choice by investing in its people, developing capability, and empowering staff to reach their full potential. Growth, collaboration, respect, involvement and shared knowledge aren’t buzzwords here — they’re how the team operates every day.
Beyond the grounded, supportive culture, you’ll have access to ongoing development, training and a clear path for career progression — the kind of environment where motivated people thrive and where your next step is always within reach.
Please note, all applicants will need to have the right to live and work permanently in Australia. While all applications will be reviewed, only those who meet our criteria will be contacted.
