Job Description

YWCA Canberra is seeking a Pathways Housing & Support Coordinator to provide culturally secure, person-centred case management and tenancy support. You will work with clients to access housing, healthcare, legal and migration services, education and employment pathways while navigating visa uncertainties.

The role involves collaboration with other agencies, quality improvement of the Housing Support Unit, and delivering trauma‐informed, strengths-based support to individuals and families.
