This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume late-night environment, knows how to build a outstanding team and understands how to turn memorable guest experiences into strong commercial results.

Lead, coach and develop a high-performing venue teamBe visible and hands-on during key trading periodsDrive a fun, energetic and guest-focused cultureOwn labour, rostering,



stock management and venue performanceUnderstand your P&L; and identify opportunities to grow the businessDeliver events, promotions and activations that drive tradeMaintain strong standards across safety, licensing and complianceAbout youWe're looking for a strong hospitality operator with proven experience leading busy, high-volume venues.

Experience in late-night, entertainment, bars or high-volume hospitality will be highly regarded.

You'll be commercially switched on, confident leading a team and comfortable being right in the middle of the action when the venue is at its busiest.
