We're growing our Port Melbourne team and looking for an exceptional leader to take this corporate owned location to the next level.

The Opportunity

We are searching for a high-energy, commercially minded Partnerships & Centre Manager who thrives on leadership, community engagement, and driving business performance.

You will lead the Port Melbourne location as if it were your own business—building the team, growing the membership base, strengthening local partnerships, and delivering an inclusive, warm, and welcoming member experience every single day. You’ll be supported by the P3 HQ team but empowered with the autonomy to build something special at Port Melbourne.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Driving Sales & Business Growth: You will take ownership of membership growth and revenue performance by actively generating leads,



building referral partnerships and converting new members into loyal customers.

Leading a High-Performance Team: You will recruit, coach and develop a motivated team that delivers exceptional customer experiences while operating with professionalism and energy.

Building Community Partnerships: P3 centres thrive through community connection. You will actively build relationships with gyms, sporting clubs, corporate groups and local organisations to create a strong pipeline of referrals.

Driving Marketing & Content Creation: You will create engaging content for organic and paid social media, building brand awareness and driving local engagement for the centre.

Delivering Operational Excellence: You will ensure the centre runs seamlessly day-to-day — maintaining world-class facility standards, managing scheduling and staffing, and ensuring every member experience reflects the P3 brand.

Running the Business: You will understand the financial performance of the centre, track key metrics and take ownership of delivering strong commercial outcomes.

Solid leadership and team management experience

A proven background in sales or membership-driven businesses

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Confidence engaging with everyone from everyday members to elite athletes

A proactive, hands-on leadership style

Strong organisational and operational management capability

Confidence creating engaging content for organic and paid social media

A mindset focused on growth, accountability and continuous improvement
