We are seeking an experiencedProject Manager to deliver a significant operational business initiative. Working closely with operational leaders, SMEs and senior stakeholders, you will bring structure, accountability and momentum to delivery while supporting the transition into business-as-usual operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage project plans, schedules and milestones
- Coordinate operational teams, SMEs and stakeholders
- Track actions, risks, issues and dependencies
- Facilitate workshops, project meetings and working groups
- Prepare governance reporting and Steering Committee updates




- Support process mapping, documentation and operational change
- Drive deliverables and transition outcomes into BAU

Experience Required

- Experience delivering operational, business or transformation projects
- Strong project planning, governance and reporting capability
- Experience managing multiple workstreams and competing priorities
- Solid stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
- Exposure to process improvement and operational change

Experience within customer onboarding, service delivery or multi-site operational environments would be advantageous.

You will be practical, organised and delivery focused, with the ability to drive accountability and maintain momentum across diverse stakeholder groups.
