The Opportunity

As our Store Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind your team’s success — delivering sales growth, unbeatable customer experiences, and operational excellence.

You will:

Lead, coach and inspire your team to reach their full potential

Take full P&L; responsibility, using your commercial skills to grow profitability

Analyse store performance data and act quickly to seize opportunities

Manage rosters, recruitment and professional development

Maintain exceptional merchandising standards and stock availability





Ensure every customer leaves with a solution and a smile

What You’ll Bring

3+ years in store management (bulky goods experience a plus)

Strong leadership skills and a genuine passion for motivating teams

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets

Commercial acumen – comfortable with budgets, financial reporting, and inventory control

Experience in merchandising and ticketing disciplines

Transparent, confident communication and problem-solving skills

A roll up your sleeves attitude and a commitment to teamwork

Pool product knowledge is an advantage, but not essential
