SERVPRO of Wheaton/Kensington and Poolesville/Clarksburg/Damascus is hiring an experienced Lead Technician to join our restoration team. We’re looking for someone with at least 2 years of mitigation experience, a valid driver’s license, and the drive to take their career to the next level.

What You’ll Do

- Lead crews on water, fire, and mold restoration projects.
- Deliver top-quality work while keeping jobs efficient, safe, and customer-focused.
- Train and mentor junior technicians as you grow toward Crew Chief and beyond.
- Be part of a team that helps families and businesses recover after disaster.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience: 2+ years in mitigation/restoration (IICRC certifications a plus).
- License: Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- Leadership: Ability to guide a crew with strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Mindset: Looking for a career path with real advancement opportunities.
