About The Role (2x Opportunities Available)

Location: Bendigo x1 Benalla x 1 (Flexibility will be considered)

The Project Lead supports and delivers regional transport infrastructure projects across Victoria, with a focus on technical project execution. The role applies civil engineering expertise to design and delivery, procurement, contract administration, construction monitoring, quality assurance, risk management and safety compliance, ensuring projects meet scope, budget and schedule requirements.

The role also builds effective relationships with stakeholders, contractors and communities to minimise disruption and achieve positive outcomes. It contributes to continuous improvement of project management practices and supports procurement activities, including tender evaluation, procurement planning and contract administration, in line with DTP processes and government requirements.

You’re Someone Who

- Plans and coordinates effectively, manages project planning, scheduling, resources and complex contract or quotation specifications to support successful delivery.
- Anticipates and manages risks, identifies potential barriers early,



applies sound judgement and implements appropriate risk management strategies.
- Brings strong project delivery expertise, Applies practical knowledge across pre-construction, construction, contract administration and quality management.
- Builds productive stakeholder relationships, Negotiates, influences and communicates effectively to achieve successful project and customer outcomes.
- Leads cooperative, accountable teams, fosters teamwork, customer focus, accountability and innovation to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications And Experience

- Driver’s License
- Qualification in Civil Engineering (desirable)
