With 75 kindergartens and early learning services across Melbourne,our team of 1100 dedicated people work together to create safe, joyful, andenriching experiences for 7,500 children every week. For us, it’s more thanjust early learning, it’s about building meaningful connections, supportinggrowth, and being part of something that makes a real difference in the livesof children, families, and our communities.

We are currently seeking passionate Bachelor-qualified,Diploma, and Certificate III Educators to join our sessional kindergarten teamsacross Melbourne's South-East, including services in and around Clyde, CarrumDowns, Cranbourne, Narre Warren and Berwick. With a range of permanentpart-time opportunities available, this is an exciting time to join ECMS as wecontinue to expand and prepare to welcome recent kindergarten services in 2027.

Join us at our Careers Day on the 16th of October 2026 between 9.30am – 2:00pm, which will be held at one of ournewest services in Pakenham. We’ll be conducting 15-minute interviews on theday for those interested in joining our team. We look forward to meeting youand sharing what makes ECMS such a rewarding place to work.

- Youhold aqualificationEarly Childhood Education or equivalent, acurrent WWCC, VIT, Mandatory Reporting Certificate, Foundations of ChildSafety training certificate, Police Check, and First Aid in an Educationand Care Setting certificate.
