Position overview
- Employment Type: Part time (48 hours per fortnight), On going position

- Salary Range: $75,358.40 - $80,184.00 pro rata, plus superannuation
About the role
South West Healthcare (SWH) are seeking an experienced Enrolled Nurse to join our District Nursing team.
As an Enrolled Nurse in our District Nursing team, you will provide high quality, person-centred care to clients in their homes and within the community. Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, you will support people to maintain their independence, optimise their health outcomes, and remain safely at home.
This rewarding role involves delivering evidence-based nursing care, undertaking clinical assessments, providing wound and continence management, supporting chronic disease management, and promoting health and wellbeing across a diverse client group.
What you bring
We are looking for someone who has:
- Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with (AHPRA).
- A minimum of three years nursing experience, with community or acute care experience highly regarded.
- Demonstrated clinical assessment and nursing care skills.
- A commitment to providing person-centred, community-based care.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development.
Desirable
- Postgraduate qualifications (or working towards) in Wound Management and/or Continence Management.
- Experience in community or district nursing.
