About MEDLOG

MEDLOG is a global, integrated service provider within the container transport industry, operating across multiple locations throughout Australia. Specialising in wharf cartage, container storage and handling, warehousing and distribution, MEDLOG is continuing to grow within the Queensland market.

We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at our warehouse in Eagle Farm. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will lead the warehouse team to ensure safe and efficient operations while delivering a high standard of service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure daily client requirements are met by warehouse teams
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Manage bookings for third-party collections and external transport providers
- Coordinate transfers, container unpacks, export packs, 3PL orders and receivals
- Complete administrative tasks using the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Conduct stocktakes and investigate and report discrepancies
- Liaise with warehouse administration regarding damage, delays and discrepancies




- Ensure safety standards are maintained, including coordinating monthly toolbox meetings and conducting incident investigations

About You

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, remain calm under pressure and enjoy staying busy. Ideally, you will have:

- A minimum of three years' experience in a busy warehouse or transport environment, including team leadership
- Proven supervisory and leadership capability
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously
- Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- A strong focus on internal and external customer service

Experience in transporting and unpacking shipping containers and holding a current forklift licence will be highly regarded.
