We’re recruiting for a Maintenance Technician to join a well‑established residential builder with a strong presence across Perth’s southern suburbs.

This role suits someone with a fixing carpenter trade background who enjoys hands‑on work, problem‑solving, and dealing directly with clients after handover.

You’ll be the go‑to person for warranty and maintenance items across single‑storey homes, ensuring quality standards are upheld and clients feel supported throughout the aftercare process.

What you’ll be doing

- Completing maintenance and warranty works across new residential homes
- Handling minor carpentry fixes, adjustments and defect rectifications
- Coordinating with trades and internal teams to close out jobs efficiently
- Managing SOR‑based site visits and client communication
- Maintaining accurate job notes and workflow updates




- Representing the builder professionally during aftercare appointments

What you’ll bring

- A fixing carpenter trade background (ideal)
- Robust understanding of residential construction and finishing standards
- Good communication skills and a calm, client‑friendly approach
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable, organised and confident managing multiple jobs
