Caloundra Power Boat Club is seeking a Sous Chef to join a quick-paced, family-like kitchen team led by experienced Head Chefs. You will work across diverse cuisines in a lively venue that values quality and teamwork.
We seek 3–5 years in professional kitchens, at least 12 months in a Sous Chef role, and a strong grasp of food safety. You should be capable of menu creation aligned with brand identity, with excellent grooming and customer service mindset.
