Delorean Corporation (ASX: DEL) is Australia’s leading bioenergy infrastructure company, developing, building, owning and operating renewable energy facilities that convert organic waste into renewable gas, electricity and sustainable products.

Business Objective of Role

Delorean is expanding its portfolio of bioenergy facilities across Australia and is seeking a commercially driven National Waste Manager to lead the sourcing, contracting and long-term management of organic feedstocks for our growing network of anaerobic digestion facilities.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships with councils, commercial and industrial waste generators, food manufacturers and waste management companies to secure long-term feedstock supply. You will also identify new waste streams, negotiate commercial agreements and optimise feedstock quality to maximise plant performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

- Develop and implement Delorean's national feedstock sourcing strategy to support its growing portfolio of bioenergy facilities.
- Identify, secure and manage long-term feedstock supply agreements with councils, waste management companies, food manufacturers and commercial waste generators.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and key industry stakeholders.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and identify recent feedstock opportunities to support business growth.
- Work closely with Operations teams to ensure feedstock quality, supply and logistics meet plant requirements.
- Monitor market trends,



regulatory developments and emerging opportunities within the waste and resource recovery sector.
- Undertake other duties as reasonably required, consistent with the scope and responsibilities of the role.

Experience and Expertise

- Proven experience in a commercial or business development role within the waste, recycling, resource recovery, environmental or related sectors.
- Demonstrated success in developing strategic customer relationships and negotiating long-term commercial agreements.
- Strong understanding of organic waste streams, feedstock markets and the Australian waste and resource recovery industry. Experience with anaerobic digestion or bioenergy will be highly regarded.
- Sound commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities, manage contracts and deliver business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, results-driven approach with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM management systems.
