- Manage and oversee morning shift operations to ensure timely and efficient production and delivery of goods.
- Supervise and support a team of staff, fostering a productive and safe work environment.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards and company policies.
- Monitor and optimise operational workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to daily operations and performance metrics.
- Identify and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.

A successful Shift Supervisor should have:

- Experience in a food manufacturing or FMCG environment.
