About the Role

Enjoy a adaptable and rewarding role as part of our dedicated Home and Community Care team. You'll be supported by a passionate team committed to delivering exceptional care. This role involves travel around Wheatbelt and surrounding regions.

Responsibilities include:

- Personal care including personal hygiene, grooming and showering
- Assistance to continue to live well and positively (e.g. transport to appointments, help at home)
- Engaging in social activities as required.
- Domestic assistance / housework.

About You

- Cert III Individual Support or equivalent qualifications
- Own vehicle
- WA Driver licence
- First Aid & CPR- or willingness to obtain
- Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
- Police Check (valid within the last 3 years or willing to obtain)
