Mercy Health is seeking a casual Community Nurse to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to older adults in their homes in the Newcastle area. You will balance hands-on nursing tasks with collaboration from the care management team to ensure secure, effective home-based care.

The role requires registration with AHPRA, a minimum of 2 years’ community nursing experience, and a current Police Check and Working with Children Check.
