Gateway Hotel, operated by ALH Hotels, is seeking a Front Office Attendant to warmly welcome guests and WOW them as the first point of contact. In this hands-on role you will manage bookings, respond to reception emails and phone calls, and support team tasks while maintaining a smooth night shift operation.
You must be RSA certified, highly organized, with robust computer skills and a passion for hospitality. Previous hotel front desk experience is highly regarded.
