Red Rock Venues is hiring! We’re on the lookout for experienced and enthusiasticDuty Managers to fill multiple roles across our iconic Southbank Venues.

The Role

As Duty Manager, you'll be a key leader on the floor, driving high-energy shifts and bringing our customer-first hospitality to life. We’re looking for a vibrant personality and natural leader who understands that real hospitality is about how you make people feel.

It’s not just about running a smooth shift, but about building genuine connections and creating memorable moments with our guests.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Delivering exceptional hospitality and customer service
- Leading, motivating and supporting the team throughout service
- Taking ownership of the venue during your shifts
- Managing busy periods with confidence and keeping the team focused
- Maintaining venue presentation, cleanliness, and service standards
- Managing staff performance and providing on-the-floor coaching
- Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally
- Ensuring responsible service of alcohol and compliance requirements are met
- Supporting opening and closing procedures
- Working closely with senior management to achieve venue targets

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

- Brings energy, personality, and a positive attitude to every shift
- Has a genuine passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences




- Loves the 'craic' and brings a warm, infectious energy to both the team and our guests
- Has a 'jump-in' growth mindset - you’re eager to learn, adapt, and help out wherever needed
- Has previous Duty Manager or senior hospitality experience
- Is confident leading a busy team in a high-volume venue
- Has excellent communication and people skills
- Can remain calm, organised, and positive under pressure
- Has a strong understanding of responsible service and venue compliance
- Leads by example and isn't afraid to jump on the floor when things get busy
- Is adaptable and comfortable working across different venue styles and concepts
