AboutYou

You’re patient, calm, and friendly, atrue team player with a nurturing instinct. You love supportingchildren to explore the world around them and building strongrelationships with families.

What you’ll bring to theteam:

- A recognisedCertificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education andCare or Bachelor of Educationdegree
- A strongunderstanding of National Regulations, the EYLF, and theNQS, with the ability to apply these in everydaypractice
- Excellentcommunication skills, allowing you to build positiverelationships with children, families, and teammembers
- A genuinecommitment to inclusion, supporting the individual needsand strengths of all children, including children withdisabilities




- Ademonstrated commitment to child safety and wellbeing,understanding your role in creating and maintaining a safe,respectful, and nurturingenvironment
- A currentFirst Aid Certificate, including Anaphylaxis, Asthma andCPR (HLTAID012)
- The requiredPolice Check, Working With Children Check, andpre ‑ employment medical,ensuring the highest standards of safety andprofessionalism
