Job Description

- An exciting new model of home care - see clients both in the community in a facility-based Day Therapy Clinic
- Support & training provided by dedicacted home care team
- 80:20 split of home visits vs clinic
- Generous hourly rate
- Equipment prescription and safety assessments
- Consumer centred assessments, therapy and outcomes
- Individualised reablement and restorative interventions

- Recognised tertiary degree - Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA Registration
- Full working rights in Australia
- National NDIS Worker Screening Check (with online NDIS Worker Orientation Module "Quality, Safety and You" certificate)
