About the Role

1. Full-time position in our litigation practice across family law, family provisions, general civil law and criminal law.
2. Gain hands‑on advocacy experience through procedural court appearances, drafting and filing court documents, and client representation.
3. Work alongside supportive colleagues who will mentor you and encourage your professional development.
4. Career progression within our firm.

What You will Do

1. Assist senior solicitors with case preparation and appearances before courts and tribunals.
2. Draft legal documents, conduct legal research,



and manage correspondence.
3. Prepare file notes and maintain accurate records.
4. Collaborate closely with colleagues to deliver timely, high-quality advice and representation to clients.

1. Recently admitted to practice (or admission imminent) in Australia.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Detail‑oriented, organised, and enthusiastic about developing advocacy skills.

5. Based at, or willing to work from, our Blacktown office.
