Alcon is seeking an experienced Quality Leader to head Supplier Quality, IQC, and Metrology, ensuring a reliable supply chain and compliant product quality. You will drive audits, CAPAs, and continuous improvement across multiple functions, partnering with Procurement, R&D;, and Manufacturing to sustain quality and delivery excellence.

The role requires 8+ years in Quality in regulated industries, robust leadership, and deep knowledge of ISO 9001/13485 or similar standards.
