We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Lawyer to join our team. We are open to candidates with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, commercial litigation, property, workplace relations , or another complementary area of commercial law.

The role would suit an experienced Senior Associate, Special Counsel, or Partner-level lawyer looking to further develop their practice while working alongside respected senior practitioners.

The Role

As part of our team, you will:

- Work with experienced Partners on a broad range of commercial matters.
- Manage files autonomously and supervise junior lawyers where appropriate.
- Provide trusted legal advice and representation to our established and growing client base.
- Develop and maintain strong client and referral relationships.
- Continue to grow and enhance your existing commercial practice.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- At least 8 years' post-admission experience (PAE) .
- Significant experience in one or more areas of commercial law.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and client management abilities.
- Strong organisational and practice management skills.
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
- A commitment to delivering high‑quality legal services and practical commercial advice.

Remuneration

An attractive remuneration package will be negotiated based on experience, seniority, and the extent of your practice.
