Job Description

This is a great opportunity for a technically robust accountant who wants more than a traditional month-end role. You'll sit at the intersection of financial reporting, revenue recognition, commercial finance and finance transformation, working closely with both the local business and global finance teams.

What you'll be doing:

n

- Own and support month-end close, journals, reconciliations and balance sheet controls
n
- Prepare monthly management reporting and analysis
n
- Support forecasting and financial planning
n
- Strengthen revenue recognition and margin integrity
n
- Apply revenue recognition policies aligned with US GAAP
n
- Partner with Sales, Operations and Delivery teams
n
- Support Group reporting and audit requirements
n
- Contribute to ERP/global finance systems implementation
n
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
n

What we're looking for:

n

n
- Strong financial accounting and month-end experience
n
- Experience with revenue recognition / complex revenue environments
n
- CA/CPA qualified or working towards qualification preferred
n
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
n
- Experience working in a technology, professional services, listed or multinational environment would be highly regarded
n
- Someone proactive who enjoys improving processes rather than simply maintaining them
n
