About the role:

n

As Quality Manager, you'll take ownership of the Quality Management System and ISO9001 accreditation.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

n
- Managing and continuously improving the Quality Management System
n
- Leading and influencing the business on appropriate industry quality standards
n
- Conducting internal audits and supporting external audits to maintain ISO9001 compliance
n
- Implementing and maintaining policies, standards,



and procedures
n
- Preparing and submitting routine reports
n
- Developing initiatives that lift customer service satisfaction
n
- Delivering internal training programs to build a solid quality culture
n
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
n

n

What you'll bring:

n

n
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a similar role
n
- Qualifications in Internal Auditing, Quality, or a related field
n
- Experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
n
- Strong understanding of quality control testing procedures and relevant standards
n
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to managing business requirements
n
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
n
- Hands-on experience with ISO9001 and conducting audits
n
