- Tertiary qualification in Engineering or Construction Management

Role Opportunity

An opportunity to lead construction delivery on a major gold project entering the execution phase. Working within an EPCM environment, you will oversee multi-discipline construction activities across the wet plant scope while driving safety, productivity and contractor performance.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

- Extensive mineral processing construction experience
- Robust EPCM experience
- Engineering or construction qualifications
- Strong stakeholder management capability
- Demonstrated safety leadership commitment





Duties & Responsibilities

- Champion site-wide HSE compliance
- Develop construction execution strategies
- Manage multi-discipline construction activities
- Coordinate contractors across site
- Monitor schedule, cost and progress
