In the role of Associate Director , you will work closely with ourC&IB; Transaction Banking team contributing to key business priorities and continuously improving how we serve our customers .

You’ll make an impact each day by:

- Drive Transaction Banking growth and business development across a portfolio of complex Corporate Banking clients

- Develop tailored payments and liquidity management structures that deliver financial and operational efficiencies

- Lead origination activity across existing clients while identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and grow revenue

- Deliver actionable Transaction Banking insights to senior internal and external stakeholders

- Bring client feedback into product discussions to support continuous improvement and the broader product strategy

You’ll bring to this role:

- Demonstrated Transaction Banking experience,



with sound knowledge of payments, liquidity management and associated client solutions

- Proven ability to manage complex, senior client relationships and generate new business opportunities

- Strong commercial capability, with experience delivering client advocacy, portfolio growth and financial outcomes

- Confidence engaging and influencing senior internal stakeholders, executives and sophisticated corporate clients

- Transparent strategic and operational communication skills, supported by resilience, sound judgement and a collaborative working style
