- Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including treasury, financial planning and analysis, accounts payable, accounts receivable and financial accounting
- Oversee timely delivery of key financial reports and provide technical guidance and support
- Lead the annual budgeting process and deliver financial plans, insights and analysis to the Executive Board
- Support operational business units in developing financial plans
- Partner with business leaders to translate financial insights into actionable initiatives
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of external reporting and regulatory obligations, including taxation and bank covenant reporting
- Design, implement and maintain robust internal controls across key financial processes
- Serve as Workday ERP Finance module lead and manage configuration changes and process improvement
- Oversee financial forecasts, analysis and commentary for the Director of Group Finance and Leadership Group
- Lead treasury activities, including cash flow forecasting, cash reserve management, payment approvals and foreign currency transactions
- Coordinate Group Finance resourcing, capacity requirements and absences
- Lead, mentor and develop team members through coaching, feedback and support
- Oversee partner profit distributions, including elections, beneficiary records, payment calculations and reports
- Support administration of the Partner Welfare Policy
- Manage financial compliance requirements associated with partner appointments and terminations
- Support strategic initiatives, ad hoc activities and projects as required

Requirements

- CA or equivalent
- Degree Qualified
- 3+ years in a senior role leading finance teams




- Outstanding stakeholder management skills
- High level written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised in relation to personal and team activities
- Ability to operate at all levels, including at a transactional level where required
- Solid decision-making skills
- Excellent analytical skills combined with sound business acumen
- Experience working in professional services firms (desirable)
- Experience with Workday / Adaptive Planning (desirable)
- Experience with taxation of trusts and trust accounting (desirable)
