Job Description

KeyResponsibilities

- Designscalable, secure, and enterprise-grade ECM platforms.

- Drive ECMmodernization, migration, and cloud transformation programs.

- Architectintegrations between IBM FileNet and enterprise applications.

- Conductarchitecture workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.

- Collaboratewith Enterprise Architects, Business Teams,



and Delivery Leadership.

- Supportproposal development, solutioning, effort estimation, and technicaldesign.

- Providegovernance, risk management, and technical leadership throughout projectdelivery.

- Mentordelivery teams and ensure adherence to architectural best practices.

MandatorySkills

- 10+ years ofoverall IT experience.

- 8+ years ofIBM ECM/FileNet experience.

- IBM FileNetP8 (Content Engine & Process Engine)

- IBM ContentNavigator (ICN)

- IBM CaseManager

- IBM Datacap

- Java/J2EEand API Integration

- ContentMigration and Upgrade Projects

- StakeholderManagement

- Agile andWaterfall delivery methodologies

- Excellentcommunication, consulting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
