Alcoa seeks a Contractor Management and Performance Manager based at Huntly Operations, WA Mining, to oversee governance, performance and the contractor portfolio across Alcoa’s mining activities. This permanent role follows a Monday–Friday roster and is central to strengthening oversight, safety outcomes and cost discipline.
You will lead contractor systems, prequalification, onboarding and ongoing compliance, while driving performance against KPIs and service agreements.
