As the Operations Manager at Glendenning's ARC s ite, you will be ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of Sydney's largest manufacturing operation while maintaining a robust focus on safety and meeting production targets.

Reporting directly to the NSW Area Manager, this position offers an excellent chance to expand and enhance existing skills.

What you will be doing:

- Take full P&L; responsibility for the Glendenning operation, with accountability for revenue, gross margin, operating costs,



working capital and overall branch financial performance
- Lead the daily operational performance of the site across production, logistics, scheduling and service execution
- Set and deliver production, volume, service, cost and financial targets, ensuring performance is aligned with the branch budget and business strategy
- Manage and mentor the operations team, creating a high-performing culture through clear accountability, performance management and leadership
- Identify and implement process improvements, productivity initiatives and cost efficiencies to improve profitability
