What you’ll do:

Join the Santos Brisbane team as a Senior Integrity Engineer and take ownership of asset integrity across our offshore portfolio. You’ll be a trusted technical leader, ensuring the safe, reliable and compliant operation of critical infrastructure throughout its lifecycle.

As a senior integrity engineer, you’ll primarily support our offshore assets within the Midstream and Energy Solutions portfolio, working across both operations and projects. Reporting to the Team Leader Integrity - Gas and Liquids, you’ll lead failure analysis, drive long-term integrity planning and provide expert engineering support to ensure our assets remain safe, reliable and fit for service.

Key accountabilities include:

- Conduct failure analysis to root cause and drive subsequent defect elimination
- Develop and maintain Integrity Management Plans,



Integrity Operating Windows, and inspection scopes for pressure equipment
- Lead RBI studies and long-term planning to ensure asset integrity across all lifecycle stages
- Provide engineering support to projects during construction, commissioning, and change management
- Lead functional engineering assurance activities including compliance audits
- Mentor and coach discipline-specific engineers in both operational and corporate environments

What you’ll bring:

- Accredited degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with Chartered Engineer status (or equivalent)
- 5-10 years of experience in Integrity support to Operations in the Oil and Gas industry
- Knowledge of relevant standards including AS1200, AS1210, AS3788, API 653, API 579, API 580, and API 581
- Strong technical competencies in RBI, Fitness for Service Assessment, inspection techniques, material selection, and corrosion management
- Ideally, offshore integrity management experience and TBOSIET certification
