We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established construction company on a 12-month contract delivering a high-profile mixed-use development in Sydney CBD.

The project:

- Co-living accommodation units
- Retail / shopfront spaces
- Alterations and additions to an existing building
- Complex refurbishment and recent-build components

Key responsibilities include:

- Supervising subcontractors and trades on site
- Coordinating daily site activities and sequencing
- Managing site logistics and deliveries
- Monitoring quality, safety and progress
- Reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
- Coordinating trades across multiple work fronts
- Assisting with programme and short-term planning
- Conducting site walks, inspections and toolbox meetings
- Liaising with the Site Manager, subcontractors, consultants and project team
- Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with project specifications and WHS requirements

About You





We are looking for a Site Foreman with strong commercial construction experience , ideally with exposure to mixed-use, residential, refurbishment or fit-out projects .

You will ideally have:

- Previous experience as a Site Manager / General Foreman
- Strong subcontractor and trade coordination skills
- Experience working on projects involving alterations & additions
- Ability to manage multiple trades and competing priorities
- Strong understanding of construction methodology and sequencing
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Relevant construction qualifications and White Card
