The Chance
This is an exciting career opportunity for an experienced Supply Chain Operations Manager to lead warehouse operations. Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain APAC, you will play a critical role in delivering safe, efficient, customer-focused and cost-effective operations while building a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
This is a unique opportunity to influence a large regional operation, develop warehouse leadership capability and drive strategic supply chain initiatives that support business growth.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead a network of warehouse operations through direct leadership of Warehouse Managers
- Drive consistent execution of warehouse standards, processes and operating procedures
- Develop and deliver operational strategies aligned with broader business objectives
- Champion Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple sites
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve productivity, service levels and cost performance
- Use data and KPI reporting to drive informed decision-making and measurable outcomes
- Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, collaboration and continuous learning
- Lead change and transformation initiatives across the network
About You
- Significant experience leading multi-site warehouse, distribution or logistics operations
- Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related discipline would be highly regarded
- Strong people leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams
- Demonstrated success delivering operational improvements across safety, customer service, productivity and cost management
- Experience implementing Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen or other continuous improvement methodologies would be highly regarded
- Strong financial acumen, including budget management and cost optimisation
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills
- Experience with SAP and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
