Heidi is seeking a leader to own the cloud platform and reliability practice across our multi-region infrastructure. You’ll manage a small team of cloud and reliability engineers and stay hands-on enough to troubleshoot at 3am.

You'll define SLIs/SLOs, oversee incident response, and drive canary deployments, feature flags, and IaC to improve deployment speed while maintaining reliability across the US, UK, Canada, Australia and Europe.
