My client acts for a blue-chip client base on mid-market corporate and commercial work. The matters are real: acquisitions, sales, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements, and the contracts that hold a business together.

You will not be the fifth lawyer on a mega-deal. You will sit beside a former top-tier partner and help run the transaction.

That is the job.

What you will do?

- Help lead mid-market deals from first instruction through completion
- Draft, negotiate and close commercial contracts and corporate documents that clients actually use




- Advise boards and owners in plain English, with a commercial answer attached
- Run files with enough autonomy that the partner can trust the work

Who this is for?

You are a Corporate/Commercial lawyer with 3 to 10 years’ post-admission experience.

You have already done the work: M&A; or business sales, equity and shareholder documents, and substantial commercial contracting. You can own a timetable, a client and a first draft.
