You will draw on lived experience to help consumers, families, and carers build hope and self-management, through one-on-one and group sessions.

The role emphasises empathy, mutuality and empowerment, with involvement in planning care and coordinating services alongside a multidisciplinary team. Work is in the Greater Geelong area.
