Business Development Representative

Sydney | Full-time | Hybrid

HPS Australia is looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing Sydney team and help expand our presence across Australia and the Pacific.

As a BDR, you'll play a key role in generating new business opportunities by identifying and engaging prospective customers, building relationships, and supporting our sales team in driving growth. We're open to candidates at different stages of their sales career, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills within a global fintech organisation.

We're looking for someone who is:

- Confident and comfortable engaging with recent people
- Commercially minded and target-driven
- Curious about technology, payments, and fintech
- Proactive, resilient, and not afraid to pick up the phone





Previous B2B sales or business development experience is preferred, while experience within payments, fintech, banking, or related industries will be highly regarded. Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
