The Role

n

We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Analyst – Enhanced Customer Due Diligenceto join our Financial Crime team at Crown. Reporting to the Manager of Enhanced Customer Due Diligence & Escalations, you'll play a critical role in executing Crown's customer due diligence programs, ensuring compliance with AML/CTF legislation and regulatory requirements. As a senior member of the team, you will provide subject matter expertise, support junior analysts, and lead complex CDD/ECDD activities, including Source of Funds (SoF) and Source of Wealth (SoW) due diligence. You will also play a key role in enhancing reporting, metrics, and continuous improvement across Crown's CDD and ECDD programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute CDD and ECDD workflows, ensuring timely completion and accuracy
n
- Conduct reviews and prepare reports on customer profiles, including Source of Funds and Source of Wealth
n
- Act as a key escalation point, providing subject matter expertise and guidance
n
- Collaborate across teams to ensure effective information sharing and escalation
n
- Support the development of metrics, reporting, and risk assessments
n
- Assist in preparing high-risk customer reports and updating policies and procedures
n
- Contribute to AML/CTF training and maintain audit documentation
n
- Stay up to date with regulatory changes and maintain specialist knowledge
n

You'll bring the following:

- Sound knowledge of AML/CTF regulatory requirements
n
- Previous experience supervising or mentoring analysts within a CDD/ECDD or financial crime function.
n
- Previous experience supervising or mentoring analysts within a CDD/ECDD or financial crime function.
n
- Ability to make decisions independently and identify matters requiring escalation or further investigation.
n
- Strong analytical and research skills with excellent attention to detail
n
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting
n
- Robust stakeholder engagement and communication skills
n
- Ability to obtain required casino employee licences.
