We're seeking a creative and enthusiastic Content & Marketing Coordinator to join our Corporate Team in Toowoomba.

n

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves creating engaging content, telling meaningful stories, and bringing brands to life through social media, photography, videography and digital marketing.

n

Working alongside our Head of Marketing & Communications, you'll help showcase the incredible work happening across our services and programs while building awareness of the impact KDFC has in the community every day.

About the Role

n

As our Content & Marketing Coordinator, you'll be responsible for creating and coordinating engaging content across our digital channels and marketing campaigns. You will:

n

Create social media content including posts, reels, videos, graphics and stories.

n

Capture photography and video content across our centres, events and programs.

n

Plan, schedule and manage content across social media platforms.

n

Support marketing campaigns, community engagement initiatives and promotional activities.

n

Assist with website updates, digital communications and marketing materials.

n

Work collaboratively with employees and leaders across the organisation to identify and share meaningful stories.

n

Help maintain KDFC's brand presence and ensure marketing content remains engaging, professional and aligned with our values.

About You

n

You are a creative and organised marketing professional who enjoys working independently while building strong relationships with others.



You're comfortable switching between content creation, social media management and day-to-day marketing coordination.

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

Minimum 2 years' experience in a Marketing Coordinator, Content Coordinator, Social Media Coordinator or similar role.

n

Demonstrated Canva experience and the ability to create professional, engaging content.

n

Proven experience creating content for social media, including reels, graphics, short-form video and digital campaigns.

n

Experience managing social media platforms for an organisation or business.

n

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

n

Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

n

A current Driver Licence.

n

A current Blue Card (or the ability to obtain one).

n

Location & Work Arrangement

This position is Toowoomba-based and offers the flexibility to work from home, combined with regular travel to KDFC service locations, events and community activities across the region.

n

To be successful in this role, applicants must reside in Toowoomba or the surrounding region, as regular in office attendance is required for content capture, photography, videography, meetings and stakeholder engagement. A current driver's licence and access to reliable transport are essential.
