Key Responsibilities

- Provide clinical leadership and deliver high-quality, person-centred care
- Develop, implement, and review individualised care plans
- Conduct clinical assessments and lead clinical decision-making
- Build strong relationships with residents and support their individual goals
- Liaise with medical and allied health professionals and residents’ families
- Supervise and support Personal Care Workers
- Practice holistically while guiding and supporting the care team

About You

- Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and time-management abilities
- Compassionate, adaptable, and resilient, with a genuine passion for aged care
- Experience in aged or community care is desirable but not essential
- New graduates and nurses transitioning from other healthcare settings are encouraged to apply
