Your Role
We are looking for an organised and detail-focused NDIS Quality & Service Coordinator to support safe, compliant and person-centred disability services. This newly created role, combines bothNDIS administration & Quality and Compliance. You will oversee service agreements, billing, NDIS line items and financial processes, while supporting compliance with NDIS requirements and organisational policies.
Your Responsibility
- Support the day-to-day operation of the Quality Management System and maintain quality documentation and compliance registers.
- Monitor compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, Code of Conduct and organisational policies.
- Support internal audits and external audit readiness, including NDIS registration and Assisted Boarding House reviews.
- Identify and elevate compliance risks and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide guidance to staff on quality processes, incident reporting, complaints and compliance.
- Maintain accurate quality, compliance and client data and prepare relevant reports.
- Manage NDIS administration including service agreements, billing, NDIS line items, invoicing and financial processes.
- Support client intake, onboarding, documentation and system setup.
- Visit services to undertake quality and compliance activities and work collaboratively with operational teams
- Undertake occasional overnight regional travel
- Participate in an on-call roster and contribute to workplace health, safety and risk management.
You Will Need
- In depth understanding of the NDIS Practice Standards and compliance requirements.
- Relevant qualifications inDisability Services, Community Services, Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in NDIS, disability services, quality and compliance, community services or a related environment.
- Experience with NDIS administration, billing, service agreements and client management systems.
- Excellent organisation, communication and time management skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, follow processes and meet deadlines.
- Confidence using client management systems and Microsoft Office.
- NDIS Worker Screening Checkor willingness to obtain.
