Territory Manager | Sports Medicine | Queensland

You have strong relationships with surgeons dedicated to sports medicine. You are ready to help build something, rather than simply maintain it?

We're partnering with a growing orthopaedic MedTech that is expanding its Sports Medicine business across QLD, invests heavily in surgeon relationships and education, and gives local surgeons genuine access to R&D; and senior leadership.

This is an opportunity to join a high-growth environment where you'll play a key role in developing relationships with sports medicine surgeons, supporting procedural growth, and identifying new commercial opportunities across a developing territory.

Whether you're an experienced Territory Manager or a clinically strong Sports Medicine Specialist looking to step into a commercial role, this position offers the chance to combine clinical expertise with business development in a market that is primed for growth.

What You'll Be Doing

- Building relationships with Sports Medicine surgeons and key hospital stakeholders
n
- Connect your surgeons to the R&D; and product development teams - where they will have influence
n




- Supporting cases and driving adoption across the Sports Medicine portfolio
n
- Growing market share through business development and territory expansion
n
- Identifying and converting new opportunities across Queensland
n
- Delivering product education and clinical support in theatre
n

What We're Looking For

- Experience within Sports Medicine, Orthopaedics, or a related medical device field
n
- Robust clinical knowledge and relationship-building skills
n
- Commercial mindset with a proactive, self-starting approach
