At CommBank, we are committed to supporting Australia's businesses and communities to succeed. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and growth-oriented leader to join our Major Client Group (MCG) as an Executive Manager based in Brisbane.

This newly created role has been established to accelerate growth across some of Queensland's most important sectors, including Property Development and Investment, Healthcare, Construction and Local Government. Reporting into senior leadership within MCG, you will play a pivotal role in identifying strategic opportunities, deepening client relationships and strengthening our market presence across the state.

Your Impact

As Executive Manager, you will lead a portfolio spanning:

- Property investors and developers
- Healthcare clients, including seniors living, aged care and allied health providers
- Construction and investment-related businesses
- Local Government clients across Queensland

This role has been intentionally designed as a growth mandate rather than an additional management layer. You will be expected to be highly visible in market, drive strategic opportunities, strengthen industry relationships and deliver sustainable portfolio growth.

You will also lead an experienced team comprising Directors,



Associate Directors and a Team Manager, fostering a high-performing culture focused on client outcomes and business development.

What You’ll Bring

We are looking for a proven banking leader with:

- Extensive relationship banking and business development experience
- Strong leadership capability with experience leading high-performing teams
- Deep knowledge of Property Development and Investment, Construction, Healthcare and Seniors Living sectors
- An established network across Queensland's commercial and institutional market
- A track record of identifying and executing growth opportunities
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
- The ability to work collaboratively across CommBank, including partnering with specialist Property and Healthcare teams
