We are seeking an enthusiastic Waiter to join our team at Hemingway's Manly in Manly NSW 2095. This full-time position is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality customer service and contributing to the success of our vibrant coastal restaurant.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Providing attentive and friendly table service to customers
n
- Taking food and drink orders efficiently and accurately
n
- Serving meals and drinks in a timely and skilled manner
n
- Monitoring table availability and seating customers
n
- Resolving any customer inquiries or concerns in a courteous manner
n
- Ensuring the dining area is well-maintained, clean and set up for service
n
- Supervising and supporting junior waiting staff
n
- Assisting with inventory management and stock control
n

n

What we're looking for

n

n
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar waiting or customer service role
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
n
- Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service
n
- Good problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
n
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required
n




- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
n
- An experience of the French food & service environment is of course of plus.
