TSPV Systems Administrator (Windows Infrastructure)

Cleared is seeking experienced Systems Administrators with strong Windows infrastructure backgrounds to support mission-critical Defence and National Security environments.

n

Working within highly secure environments, you will be responsible for the administration, maintenance and optimisation of enterprise infrastructure, ensuring the availability, security and performance of key systems supporting operational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Administer and maintain Windows Server environments.
n
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policy and DNS services.
n
- Perform system monitoring, patching, upgrades and troubleshooting activities.
n
- Support virtualised environments using VMware technologies.
n
- Manage enterprise storage, backup and recovery solutions.
n
- Assist with infrastructure projects, migrations and technology refreshes.
n
- Investigate and resolve Level 2 and Level 3 support issues.
n
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures and system records.
n
- Work closely with engineering, security and operational teams within secure environments.
n

Required Experience

n

n




- Demonstrated experience as a Systems Administrator within enterprise environments.
n
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration.
n
- Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP administration experience.
n
- Experience supporting VMware vSphere and virtual infrastructure.
n
- Knowledge of backup and recovery technologies.
n
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability.
n
- Experience operating within Defence, Intelligence or Federal Government environments is highly regarded.
n

Desirable Skills

n

n
- PowerShell scripting and automation.
n
- Microsoft Exchange or Microsoft 365 administration.
n
- Storage technologies such as NetApp, Dell EMC or HPE.
n
- SCCM, MECM or Intune.
n
- Security hardening and compliance experience.
n
- Exposure to cloud technologies including Azure or AWS.
n

Security Clearance

Candidates must hold a current TSPV Security Clearance.
